Review on 🔥 Nordic Ware Collapsible Roasting Rack by Michael Hicks

We bought an 18 liter Easter roaster but found that the roasting pan that came with the roaster began to rust at the joints after just a dozen uses, much to our dismay. Instead of throwing everything away, we turned to Revain to find the right roaster. Fortunately, Nordic Ware had exactly what we needed. This is an AMAZING brazier. We've roasted an 18-pound turkey, a 10-pound ham shank, and whole chickens with absolutely amazing results. The top of the collapsible grill features a non-stick coating so you can place food on it without worrying about the meat tearing when it's done and ready to be sliced and served. The handles slide out easily and can be conveniently retracted when roasting and removing meat. The edges are almost sharp, so be careful when cleaning before next use. We learned this the hard way. lol It's recommended that the packaging be hand washed to preserve the integrity of the nonstick coating due to the harsh chemicals found in most dishwashing detergents, but we (accidentally) ran it in the dishwasher a couple of times and theirs Coating is still intact. AMAZING product and exactly what you would expect from Nordic Ware!
