This item was an earmuff! I love my chihuahua but he barks shrilly and DOES NOT bark at ANYTHING. I managed to put the collar around my 4 lb chihuahua's neck, it was too loose so I just cut it off. It's not heavy and she doesn't seem uncomfortable wearing it. When she barks I hear the sound of a collar. When she first put it on, she quickly realized that she would "buzz" with barking. She becomes very obedient to him, so I don't leave him with her all the time. especially when she's in the bark mood. When she started barking this morning I just took the collar and showed her and she stopped barking right away! Actually, that's what prompted me to write this review. If you're on the fence, give it a try. it was a game changer for us!
