I use this set for matcha in the garden in the mornings. It helps make the moment more meaningful. The matching bowl and whisk stand look like they were cast rather than thrown, but they're flimsy and have a raku (crackle glaze) effect. Overall Impression: Good quality for the price for all items. Perhaps for the casual matcha lover who appreciates a little ceremony. Exactly what I was hoping for. This would make a great gift for the right person.
