I ordered one bulb to see if I liked it. It came, it was great, so I ordered more for the other fixtures on my first floor. The bulbs were great for the first few months. Then slowly they all stopped working. I tried reinstalling and reprogramming and resetting them multiple times. The set-up process is not super-easy if you have multiple fixtures with multiple bulbs. Now they just say unreachable in the app. I reached out to customer service multiple times. They finally emailed me back after about 3 months… said they’s send replacements. And another 3 months later and I’ve not received anything. Terrible. I’m really unhappy that I spent hundreds of dollars worth of so-called smart bulbs, just for them to be absolute idiots that don’t work.
