I have to say this product works. I must insist that you read and follow the instructions. I use a small section of hair and go through the spatula 3 times and no more. I didn't pull my hair. The key is a small part of the untangled hair and stops each time to clean the camera. I should also insist that you don't leave batteries in the battery compartment after using this tool, clean the compartment and make sure hair doesn't get into the forked end motor. I will post more updates in the near future.
