I bought a computer in July and in November my hard drive broke. I consider myself a normal, standard user, do not change any computer settings and use the computer mainly to prepare for the classes I teach. couldn't load at all. Why? I have no idea, I haven't done anything special like in the past few days. I took it to the local technical service, where I was told that the hard drive was somehow damaged and that a WinLocker password was required to retrieve at least some of my data. I immediately contacted OEMGenuine and their technical support. They once replied to my email with no reply regarding the password protected hard drive and it has been a week of silence since then. I need help and am asking for it. Please be a responsible business and at least let your customers know that you are alive and trying to resolve something. I don't have a very expensive computer, I don't have my data and I don't have an answer. It's February 2021 and nobody has answered! 3 MONTHS! PLEASE BE CAREFUL! SUCH A SHAME!
