There are many dresses on this list but the blue star dress from 1270 was PERFECT. Got this for a cute witch costume for my 3.5 year old and size 3-4 fits just right! And it will work for many cases. I was impressed with the quality. I still had to wear a long sleeve shirt underneath because she complained of itching/scratchy armpits.
