I ordered these because I use a lot of ginger and citrus peel and the graters I had had given me limited choices - too big, too big and basically mush - none of them were complete satisfactory. So I bought it and tried it for the first time today and am very satisfied. Simple in design, very effective (a very generous tablespoon of finely grated ginger in about 5 passes), very sharp (watch your knuckles!), easy to use and clean, and has a snap-on protective cap that is very snug and fits securely , which makes it possible and practical to keep it in a box without the risk of losing the skin. I think a small kitchen brush or hand/nail brush might come in handy to really clean little teeth if they're stuck, but for now the rough back of a kitchen sponge works great for me and might work in the long run. I just received it so I don't know how it will hold up over time.
