After an initial problem with my first order, the customer service department contacted me fairly quickly and frequently to fully resolve the issue. I was impressed with the effort they made to fully resolve my issue. The replacement key fob is much better designed and I would happily recommend it. It's also designed so that if you have a separate keychain that you'd rather use, you can still use the Air Tag clasp with it. Very diverse.
