These telescopes have become much better than my old one. The construction and materials here are excellent. This thing is filled with nitrogen and protected from water, dust and fog. With an IPX7 rating, you can take it into the water and not only is it airtight and waterproof, it floats too. I love that you can zoom with just one turn of the eyepiece and have multiple options between 10x and 30x magnification. The 50mm lens of this lens also gives you a wide view and a great picture with the BAK4 porro prism and you get lens caps to protect both. It's slightly larger and weighs a little more than others, but also features a 1/4" tripod thread hole on the bottom of the monocular, so you can also use a tripod or monopod if needed. more stationary for a better stable view. I have an eagles nest, love to pop in and see if they are home and in the nest or if they have given birth at that time of year and it makes it really easy to just boot up and see and check without even to come out of the car. Overall I like this one monocular from Emarth. It's made and constructed in the same way as large spotting scopes, and I like them too.
