oil pump with excellent price-performance ratio. I was lucky enough to pick up a tick early enough. My oil pressure sensor was shorted, so I didn't notice any loss of pressure, just a knock at low rpm. I checked the pressure manually, at idle it was about zero. Immediately sent to have this pump installed and brought back to full pressure. Still drove 180,000 miles on 5w30 and this pump keeps 30psi hot at idle. It pumps 40psi at high speeds and there is no indication that the lack of pressure damaged the cam bearings. Happy. Driven 2,000 km with this pump, everything is fine. I drive my Escalade through the Tristate about twice a month and never lose confidence in it. This pump is worth the money!
