This pillow is ten times better than the pillow stack I used - the pillows had to be constantly readjusted and kept falling off. It is ideally angled and high enough to lift and relieve pain and swelling without causing discomfort. I've had it for a few months now and it's holding up well (including 3 dogs climbing on it). The cover is removable and can be thrown in the washing machine for washing. It's a little tricky to put on but worth it as it can be washed like a regular pillowcase. If you have a leg injury, surgery, etc. I highly recommend getting rid of the pillow pile and going for this one instead.
