The best thing for the money, Im glad I chose this option.

I had to downgrade this kid from the most recent MacBook Pro 16 2022 since it proved to be too cumbersome and hefty for me, and it was difficult to carry around with me. Although I went with the base package, I upgraded the amount of RAM to 16 gigabytes. The Pro 16 appeared to work fairly quickly and pulled a lot of things, but at the same time it could warm up from simple tasks like watching videos on YouTube to the point where you couldn't keep it on your knees because it would start making noise or slowing down. The first impressions are only favorable. It starts up anything instantly and at any volume you want it to. There are no issues at all with this. For instance, Windows was operable while Parallels was running, along with a number of tabs in Safari, Excel, and a few other windows; this was accomplished without any slowdowns and, more significantly, without any noise. There have been a lot of different Macbooks that I've owned, and each one seems to be a little better than the one before it, but this one is just a step back. It is well worth the money and I strongly advise you to purchase it, particularly if you do any kind of work on a computer rather than just watch television shows. The only thing left to do now is wait until Apple releases a product that is comparable to Microsoft's Surface, which will allow users to have a touch screen and use it independently from the keyboard. However, this remains nothing more than a pipe dream for the time being: I purchased it at the official Apple store using a student discount; the total price was 113 thousand dollars, and the delivery time was approximately one month.

Pros
  • Quick! Very quick! There is no cooling, so it is completely silent, and it seldom ever gets hot, with the exception of when it is loaded to its maximum capacity. The fee ensures that the user is able to work in the browser and instant messengers throughout the entire working day. There is no touchbar, and I really hope that manufacturers will eventually stop putting them in laptops in the future. Really good sound quality considering the small. A supplemental source of power.
Cons
  • There are only two ports, and they are both on the same side. I think it would be much more convenient if there was at least one more port on the other side, so that you could charge the device from either side. I assume this will be done very soon; nevertheless, I would prefer a smaller frame and a larger screen, maybe between 14 and 14.5 inches. The function keys on the keyboard no longer provide access to the ability to modify the backlighting of the keyboard; instead, this modification must be made through the top menu. Windows presented a problem. You will need to make use of Power BI, but for some unknown reason, it operates very slowly when run through Parallels. I am unsure as to who is at fault for the issue.
