I use this antenna indoors. It's small enough not to be too conspicuous on my bookshelf. I have over 50 channels compared to the 23 I had with the antenna I had. I sent it back. I also have a cinch yagi in another room and it's good too but it's big. This is a compact, very efficient antenna and the price is great. I would buy it again. Update: I bought a second one to replace the yagi. I put the Yagi in the closet. This antenna is great! I receive transmitters that are at least 80 miles away from the radio tower. Bad weather interferes with distant stations, but not short-range stations, which is great. When I say "closer" I mean 60 miles since I'm more than 60 miles from the stations I'm looking at.
