Review on SKLZ by James Ortega

I have just recently had the opportunity to make a purchase from SKLZ's internet store, and all I can say is that it was a home run. Their website appears like it was designed by a child experimenting with clip art, and navigating it is about as enjoyable as getting a root canal. But wait, it gets worse. The item I was sent was not what I had purchased at all; it was as if they threw me a curveball and completely missed the target. When I attempted to get in touch with their customer service staff, however, I found that they were about as helpful as a screen door on a submarine. I had high hopes that SKLZ would meet all of my requirements in the realm of sports, but in the end, it turned out to be more like a bad foul ball that left an unpleasant bruise. Don't put yourself through the hassle; go shopping somewhere else.
