No shine, medium hold, high satisfaction.
I love this clay for several reasons: it has a medium hold so my hair still moves without losing hold like a gel does and it has a matte finish Finish so my hair doesn't look wet all the time. I have very fine hair so it only takes a few strokes to get everything in place and it doesn't stick my hair to my head so I still get good volume. If you have medium to fine hair and want something matte for a low maintenance side parting, I recommend Aveda Hair Clay. very bad. Your mileage may vary.
