Seems pretty good. while sewing

Although I'm still not entirely sure I prefer them over the jersey/t-shirt patches I've used before (The Professional's Choice brand) seem them to work pretty well. These are the thickest patches I've ever used which definitely gives them excellent absorption and the flannel texture is great for cleaning and dirt trapping. As a few others have pointed out, and as is common with most flannel patches, they do have some fraying around the edges and can leave a *small* amount of lint in the barrel (not enough to actually be an issue, but worth noting). While it's hard to say, I think overall they're a little bit better at cleaning the bore, so I'll probably stick with them. If you're concerned about the amount of lint left over, I would highly recommend the brand of jersey patches mentioned above.

Pros
  • 100% cotton flannel fabric
Cons
  • There are new competitors
