I'm 4'11" and 148 lbs. I ordered a size up and it fits perfectly! The sleeves were a little loose on my arms but I think that's part of the Styles.A medium would probably fit too but I'm happy because I don't like dresses that are too tight.Super cute,can't wait to wear it this summer!The material is not hot at all,buy it!
