No big deal, velcro sandpaper strips are new. But where can I find a replacement? The wood is tough, but it's a coarse-grained hardwood that feels almost like plywood. The handle is a little short and a little thick, making it difficult to hold. The skin is very thin - about 16 inches. Much thinner than I like. When it wears out (soon) I replace it with a piece of an old leather belt I've been saving. In general I think there are better versions but this one will work.
