I ordered these for backpacking so we could have coffee that would stay hot for longer than 3 minutes. I wanted lightweight cups and these felt very light when I first opened them, so I had concerns with durability and if they were actually vacuum Insulated. The walls appear to be about 3/16" thick total. I put ice water in them and checked to see if they were insulated an they were, see picture. Maybe not as well as a yeti cup 10 times the price, but still good, and very good for the price. I can't verify durability, but they stack so they should backback fairly well, a few dents wouldn't be an issue for me anyway.I bought both styles, I kept the ones that held about 9oz to the rim (see picture with exactly 8oz, 1 cup). Perfect for most hot drink singles (coffee, tea, etc)?
