I ordered these for backpacking so we could have coffee that would stay hot for longer than 3 minutes. I wanted lightweight cups and these felt very light when I first opened them, so I had concerns with durability and if they were actually vacuum Insulated. These cust feel quality, however, I got them to replace my walmart ozark 20 oz cups that I use at home to keep drinks cold. These do not hold as long and they do sweat which the ozarks don't. I wanted to get these to replace my dual glass Zwilling Sorrento 12oz cups which is very good at insulating my cold drinks and do not sweat. I don't really know physics, but if these are sweating that means the cold is running to the outter layer rather fast which is going to warm down my drink fast.

As a 16oz insulated cup, it's the smallest I've seen. The insulation aspect is not good, a great deal of heat is lost on all sides. This cup won't keep your drinks cold or hot for too long.I tested with boiling water. In 10mins, temp dropped to 170f and 165f (regular coffee cup). Both cup was too hot to hold. this mug couldn't get a temp reading on the side, the coffee cup was 157f.I just want something that won't sweat in the summer and won't burn my hands with hot drinks. This is the 2nd set of these I purchased. Originally I had bought a different brand that had zero hot liquid protection. Then I tried a set of these. they were great with hot liquid insulation! So I decided to order a 2nd set. This set came with 2 of the 4 cups damaged. Now the packaging was incredibly good so this damage was BEFORE shipping. I am returning this set and will purchase a 3rd set hoping it’s condition is better.

I bought these for my dad who needs to drink out of a small cup. The ones he had weren’t insulated and I just got tired of cleaning up the water caused from the condensation. So I got these and they are wonderful. No more condensation and water drips and stains everywhere

Love these "glasses". I use them for everything - hot, cold, room temperature. They are top-shelf dishwasher safe. They don't really keep the drinks much longer cold or warm than regular mugs or glasses, but they don't sweat on the outside or are too hot to hold. I also love that they are stackable and therefore take up less space in the cupboards. I am now looking for some that are a little larger. And they don't chip or break.

I was afraid hot coffee would make the stainless cups too hot to handle but the insulation works and I had no problem. I'm using them for camping so I need something that's durable, doesn't take up much space (they're stackable and fit inside my cooking pot) and can be used for hot coffee. Just what I need.

I ultimately returned these as I thought they were a bit heavy for camping (112 g per cup). That said, they are great quality.I tested one with some boiling water. The tapered part of the cup (that stacks into the other cups) gets very hot, too hot to hold. The flat rim is holdable, but still quite warm. However, I returned to check an hour later and the contents were still well above room temperature (cup was holdable by then obviously), so the insulating properties obviously work pretty well…

Great purchase! Cups are durable and keep liquids cold or warm for a lot longer than regular cups. Easy to throw in the dishwasher. Looks nice.

even though it took longer than expected, the cups arrived well wrapped and in a very good quality. Surprised by how short and squat they were. i'm pleased

Love the size of these cups. Holds 10oz maximum. Great for ice cream or hot items. Like the grove around the cup, it privets it slipping from your hand.

arrived in perfect condition. i was worried they would be dinged from previous reviews but the packing was very thorough. tried both hot and cold drinks to test them and they worked exactly as advertised. i will buy them again.

Bought 2 sets. 7 of 8 are fantastic. 1 of 8 had a small nick on inside of the cup. It allowed liquid to leak into the interior and slosh around. Return is only recourse. No way to ask for 1 replacement cup.

It was really excited about these cups since they are perfect size for my young children. But one of them came dented. Pretty disappointed about this.

I had read about some minor dings but figured I’d roll the dice. One out of the four cups arrived like this. It would take some serious weight to do this. Otherwise the cups seem serviceable. The other three were in ok shape.

This is a product that works exactly as advertised. It’s well-made, insulate your hand from hot and cold, I will be using it as a camping cup and it works very well.

These glasses do not insulate anywhere near as well as you would expect from a vacuum insulated glass. Fill with hot water and after 30 seconds or so the glass will be very hot to the touch. I will not be returning them but neither would I buy them again.

These cups have a metallic smell/taste that makes them unusable. Makes me question the quality of the stainless steel that they used because my other stainless products do not have this problem. I’m replacing them with a product manufactured in China by an American company.

My family loves these. I bought them after went out with friends and the place had some. I found some on here and now they are first ones out of our cupboard. They keep beverages cold longer. They don’t rust.

We love these cups. Perfect size for drinks and no sweating on outside of cup. We also love that they are stackable. Can't use with a straw.
