Review on 🔄 Bendix Premium Drum and Rotor PDR0676: Rear Brake Drum for Improved Braking Performance by Bill Russett

I ordered these Bendix drums for a rear brake overhaul on my 1999 Saturn SW2. I also ordered AC Delco premium rear brake pads, a new set of hardware and new cylinders, but for some reason these drums did not fit the AC Delco pads when installed correctly. The star adjusters were fully screwed in and the shoes were properly seated on the baseplate. I had to use 40 grit sandpaper and sand each shoe for about 15-20 minutes to get the drums to fit the shoes properly. I can't tell if the drums or shoes were overproduced to make this possible. I've ridden about 400 miles since the rear brake overhaul and am otherwise happy with the drums.
