Review on NinjaBatt by Patrick Ceo

I was hoping for more from the laptop battery I purchased from Ninjabatt, but alas, I was let down. First of all, you won't have much luck finding what you need on their website because it's disorganized and difficult to navigate. Unfortunately, the quality of the battery I required was low, and it was not what was advertised. What a nightmare of an arrival! The delivery took so long that by the time it finally arrived, the battery was dead. Their customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful when I attempted to reach them. My time spent with Ninjabatt as a whole was frustrating. As a professional handyman, I rely on quality goods and attentive customer service, but Ninjabatt let me down on both counts. I won't be suggesting them to anyone, and I won't be buying any electronics or accessories from them either. If Ninjabatt wants to remain competitive, it needs to improve the standard of its services and products.
