I had no comparison until I bought another brand recommended by my doctor. The taste of the new brand is terrible. The only problem I have with this product is trying to dissolve it. I think if you let it sit for a while it will dissolve better. Can't say any great benefits, but people swear by it, so I'll keep taking it.
