I just bought them and so far I really like them. I had to wear them several times and it was quick and easy. However, you need to make sure you've set them up according to the instructions beforehand and go through a test install. I removed the links as needed which was a breeze with the tools provided, reassembled everything necessary including making sure the tire stud spacer was the correct one. If you follow the instructions which unfortunately are charts with pictures and make sure everything is set correctly for your tire size you shouldn't have any problems, at least I haven't had any and have ridden it for over 50 miles for over 30 years. snow for now. You might want to do a google search for installation/setup videos and this will help as well.
