Little did I know that the condensate manifold is an important part of my 6 liter instant pot duo. When my original condensate collector was lost I didn't bother to replace it. While I was cooking food under high pressure, no liquid was accumulating in it. No problems until I used the instant pot yogurt feature. Damp seeped onto my kitchen table for eight hours! Now I always make sure the little cup is attached to the back of my Instant Pot. It is convenient that this seller has two of these in the package.
