Fits great. The cover is waterproof but not fully waterproof. Only downside (hence deducting a star) is that the boot tie is a very thin piece of rope that you have to crawl under the truck to slide the other end to the other. sides to secure the cover. It would be nice to add bungee or elastic to the sides of the lid, not just the ends.
