I bought three of these in Party City and decided I needed another one. You have to understand that you simply get pre-cut strips of paper. They must be connected with tape or glue. I glued each and then secured them with paperclips while they dried. I used them for decorations at my daughter's Tangled birthday party and they were great for creating the "hair" hanging from the ceiling. The paper was thick and held up well. I wouldn't pay $7 for this - I think I paid $2 for each of mine, which was worth not having to hand cut all the strips!
