Difficult to fit - Caps

I found the device very difficult to mold. I found it was so high I couldn't close my mouth. I wanted to wear it at night to avoid grinding my teeth, biting my tongue or lip. But my jaw hurt and was so uncomfortable that I returned it on credit. Maybe I just wasn't aggressive enough to shape it, but I think it was probably too big for me.
