Didn't know I was getting a refurbished product but that's my fault. HOWEVER, this product is a big disappointment! I bought it for making salsa and cocktails and tried the salsa on day one. It doesn't even cut a tomato! Everything is hung in it and it only cuts what it can reach! Don't drag anything in! Partially juiced my onions and never touched the rest. The same goes for cilantro! Absolutely disappointed and don't know if it's the product or if I have a defective one after the repair! Also did not understand that I can not return. So disappointed! I've never had a bad experience with Revain.
