Good for nothing: blender

Didn't know I was getting a refurbished product but that's my fault. HOWEVER, this product is a big disappointment! I bought it for making salsa and cocktails and tried the salsa on day one. It doesn't even cut a tomato! Everything is hung in it and it only cuts what it can reach! Don't drag anything in! Partially juiced my onions and never touched the rest. The same goes for cilantro! Absolutely disappointed and don't know if it's the product or if I have a defective one after the repair! Also

Don't buy a refurbished unit

My first Magic Bullet came from Costco last summer after I bought Isagenix. The first lasted about a year (used to shake 2-4 times a day) before the black plastic ring broke. It still works, but you have to keep it - you can't leave it. However, the blades failed earlier. The Isagenix model is more reliable and still works. Items are missing and cups torn at seam

I ordered a refurbished unit and just received my cartridge. Unfortunately it has three short cups (no high cup) and no flip top. Also, it arrived on time and everything looks brand new and working. I'm disappointed that I don't have a large mug or flip top (as described in the product info) as I have a family of 4. Now I have to do multiple batches, which is inefficient. The base unit is fantastic. The knives are not very good. Universal replacement blade?

I had a magic bullet and then they broke up and my wife took it. I liked the one we had so much I wanted to replace it, but I was on a budget with so many items to replace so I decided to try this refurbished unit to save $20. The base is perfect, the cups are perfect, but the blade doesn't seem up to the task of any other device.
