I ordered a refurbished unit and just received my cartridge. Unfortunately it has three short cups (no high cup) and no flip top. Also, it arrived on time and everything looks brand new and working. I'm disappointed that I don't have a large mug or flip top (as described in the product info) as I have a family of 4. Now I have to do multiple batches, which is inefficient. Lets see what happens. **UPDATE** After using the ball for the first time, one of the two party jugs cracked at the seam and leaked. I'm also curious if the material is BPA-free as the plastic seems very brittle and cheap. I have not received a reply from the seller. If you are considering this product, you might want to spend a few bucks more to order a new set or consider a different product. I also used a second cup which leaked immediately. very inferior plastic, buyers beware!
