Love love love this set. Nice thick bottoms that are NOT DEFORMED! Over the years I've had much more expensive pot sets that have warped over time, although I've never used them at high temperatures or subjected them to sudden changes in temperature. This infuriated me because I have a smooth top plate and when this happens they heat unevenly leaving hot spots with burnt or undercooked food. They are very strong, good weight and have a good thick base. The handles do not heat up, the bottom heats up evenly and quickly, the lids are tight. A large, long-handled pot is my staple in the kitchen. I may have to buy another one. It is in constant rotation. I invited my family for the last vacation and we are all great cooks. Everyone commented on how good these pots are. You must know how to cook in stainless steel to enjoy them. Allow food to be released naturally and cleaning will be an easy task. Better for frying steaks than frying rice. The right tool for the right use changes the world. Highly recommended!
