I like how easy it was to use once we got our app set up! The customer service available through their support team has been amazing as well - they were always willing/able help us with any issues or questions about what features worked best in our situation (and not just give generic answers). Sometimes you have an issue where your phone number can be seen if someone calls from another provider's cell minutes? This causes other people using this system to see who called them when trying to call others at work during certain hours of day-time usage limits etc.- which isn't good because some workers are sensitive / private info could get exposed by seeing eachother calling numbers while working together. Not sure yet but maybe there should also be options to disable showing caller id so only internal employees would know who made those outgoing calls via outbound dialing features.
