I was looking for a better than stock cooler for my second i5-4690. Technically, I didn't have a standard cooler, so I needed something better than the Pentium cooler I had. This seemed to fit the bill. It doesn't pass the Prime95 stress test, but it never gets that hot for my needs. With all cores running at 100% during video conversion, the processor hits around 65, which is tolerable. But it's not much better than the Pentium cooler it replaces. There are not so many coolers for LGA1150 anymore. The reason it loses another star is that the fan has noticeable vibration after a few months. He comes and goes. There are no screws to adjust the mount so I think I'll just scrap it or replace the entire unit.
