Do Not Buy This Product I have written to the creators of his death timer. They didn't answer. Arrived May 11th and stopped working in early July. There is no volume in any position of the knob. Time still shows the red is getting smaller, but without a call, what's the use. The idea is great, the implementation needs work. Eats batteries quickly with little use. Replacing the battery is more difficult than it should be. You have to use a screwdriver to remove the screw to access it and if you have arthritic fingers this is time consuming. I find this much more difficult than it should be. Please improve the battery access window. NEED BETTER SOUND THAT WILL NOT STOP AFTER 2 MONTHS. Great idea of fake production with no quality control. Selling a potentially defective item despite a complaint. I was a fool for not listening. It wasn't a cheap item. The next day I took everything apart to see what I could do but that didn't help, all the wires I could see were intact. Picked up, tried again, the call works again. Let's put the screws back in. Let's see how long it lasts this time
