Burns like your mouth is on fire

I am Sjögren's patient. I just got this toothpaste and it was like putting salt in a wound. I wish companies that make toothpaste and mouthwash and promote dry mouth tested it on someone first. Alcohol, I bought a lot of toothpaste that I can't use. Do not buy if you have a dry mouth 👄.
