In general I really liked the product for this money. (I bought 4, one pink, two blue and one green). I am disappointed in several things, firstly, the batteries that came with the kit do not power the unit. I asked for a replacement which was sent overnight. I am very satisfied with the exchange time of the after-sales service. The next thing I was disappointed with was that all 4 replacements I got didn't work either. At this point I'm not sure if it's the batteries themselves or if the device is simply defective. The central home button is meant to erase the drawing from the screen, but makes nothing other than a clicking sound when pressed. A great idea that got the kids to paint cleanly, but it would be a better product if it actually worked properly. . Unfortunately I will be returning all 8 I received for a refund.
