My youngest daughter shares a room with her sister and wanted her own desk. Unfortunately space didn't allow for a full size table so we were thinking about building our own custom furniture until this came along! What a great compact product! She now has her own little 'nook' to do her homework and the shelves allow her to decorate the room with jewelry and pens, picture frames and more. It took a little time to assemble, but wasn't difficult at all. In truth, it could have taken longer than it should have because she insisted on helping build it (it was that easy)! It even has a cord hole so she can hang a lamp and alarm clock from it. The ONLY thing I would like is a drawer, but I guess the shape doesn't allow for that easily. Otherwise I am very very satisfied with this table!
