I've looked at the 5 youtube videos that the silver ticket has to disassemble the assembly. The center post causes problems for people. After the screen was attached to all the clamps, I freed the screen from the two top/middle clamps and the two bottom/middle clamps (where the center posts are wedged). Then, with the other end of the center post in the groove of the frame, I was able to use my index fingers and thumb to push the post and frame apart just enough for the end of the post to fall into the groove. . I then reattached the screen to the top and bottom middle clips. I attached two 1/4 inch hooks ($0.98 from HD) and the screen hangs in front of my plasma which is mounted to the wall behind. I used to have an Elite Model B screen that was hanging from a very strong wire. guided through the ceiling and screwed to the ceiling joists. I couldn't take all the wrinkles and ripples of the retractable screen anymore. I suspect this screen only weighs about 20 pounds or so. It's easy to hang up without help. I just lean it against the wall in the next room while using the plasma TV behind it, which is most of the time.
