Good fan. Excellent value for money and quality!

I use its fan, mostly installed on my radiator. As some reviewers have noted, the fans are quite audible (not to say loud). If you have other 140mm fans, especially those with high static pressure, you may be disappointed with the noise level from this fan. I'm telling you, please don't be, because everything is relative. Fans with high static pressure are always louder than regular case fans. Because static pressure increases with speed, the fan will usually get louder. It is true that the Rosewill Hyperborea pushes more air and has higher airflow compared to a fan like the Noctua NF-A14 iPPC 3000 or 2000 at the same speed. But it's also louder. Overclockers.com did some pretty good review tests comparing a range of 140mm fans (I've attached a picture of the test results). You can tell the NF-A14 delivers the same power at 1500rpm as the Hyperborea does at 1300rpm with almost the same noise level. If you use this fan as a heatsink fan and value a quiet PC, be aware that you must run it at no more than 1000 RPM (900 RPM is preferred). This doesn't mean you're sacrificing your system's performance, as these fans will cool just as well at 1000RPM as other fans at 1300 or 1500RPM. Considering how difficult it is to find a good 140mm cooling fan to find (as opposed to 120mm fans), I have to say that these fans are among the good ones: 0. Great price, almost half the price of any other high quality cooling fan (Noctua or Noiseblocker.) 0. Long sleeved cable 0 .PWM 0. Good relative performance under high static pressure. Note. These fans are identical to the Akasa Apache 140mm fans. In fact, this is the same fan under a different brand.
