I order this after it was recommended to me at the maternity hospital. The day of my worst back pain came. I didn't notice any difference at first, but after an hour of wearing the back pain eased to a tolerable level. Now I wear it every day. I am currently 29 weeks old and have been using the product for two weeks and wouldn't live a day without it. Other reviews are correct that spaghetti straps are visible on open neck tops, but for me the utility outweighs the fashion. My only advice is to wear a t-shirt underneath, it will be much more comfortable.
