The tablet itself is wonderful; it operates extremely swiftly; everything on it functions properly; it has a sleek design; the stylus is cozy and sensitive; and the child is overjoyed. The delivery was the only thing that was less than perfect. The tablet computer was a present that was purchased for the new year. It was anticipated that the courier would send a package with the number 302022, but by evening, it became clear that the courier had neither left a message or called. And only AFTER I contacted the customer care department, where I was given a cryptic response that the current state of affairs in the country and the world prevented me from delivering my order on time. The next scheduled delivery date is January 4th! On New Year's Eve, my daughter did not get a present of any kind from Santa Claus. In general, this was the case. In order to avoid undermining Santa Claus's credibility, I was forced to immediately find a solution to the problem and purchase an alternative present.
