Delicious Healthy Food - Food

Harrison's is said to cook very healthy food. My avian vet recommends it. I have two cockatiel sized kennels and they both seem to like it (peppery or regular, coarse or fine), they eat it. I think they like Grob better because they take a piece and hold it with their foot and bite the pieces off. One of the birds likes to do this over his water bowl which tends to turn the water bowl into soup but I change the water twice a day so that should be fine.
