I like nothing specifically about software applications by Project Blue, but the way you can learn their product on demand and learn to use the software products quickly for any business needs. There isn't anything I dislike about this application. Their support was very helpful and they were professional as well throughout the process of training. They trained all our employees who will be using this software in order to streamline our internal procedures and make processes more accurate. The benefits we have seen with project blue are reduced error rates and much quicker response time during our daily processes and procedures with our clients who do not understand or approve their payments from our invoices. It's easy to use, has great tools for tracking projects and tasks, and it integrates well with other applications such as Excel. I dislike how slow it can be when you're working from home or using an old computer that isn't very fast. We have used this software at my previous job but we were only able to use one of their modules which was not sufficient enough for our needs. The benefits are being able to track project timelines, manage task lists, and keep all documentation within one system.
