I used this cutting board for the first time today as I only received it this week. The first thing I noticed when unrolling it was that it wasn't level. It has a slight curvature. I don't know if the heat deforms it or not, and somewhere in the warehouse or truck it got too hot. I really didn't like that it was deformed but I used it anyway. Second, I now have knife scratches. I had no idea this board could do that, but the Revain description doesn't really rule out knife scratches. I really hate the thought of grinding a rubber cutting board! Board strength aside, I don't think this board even comes close to matching its price point. So think carefully before you buy.
