    Perfect. The best cutting board I've ever used.

    Great board. Heavy and probably a bit big for my own needs at home, but fantastic to use. All my knives are Japanese and I don't do hard work like a cleaver on the board. Cleans easily. Just a lot of fun to use.

    Great cutting board

    I bought this while cooking messy ingredients with my Japanese knives. It's tough, but you can feel its surface giving way. I was able to mark the surface with a board scraper and the odor that others have noticed is very noticeable when washed but it's great value and does what it's supposed to.

    Do not buy white: cutting boards

    Overall, I am happy with this purchase. I don't like the price tag, but switching from a wooden cutting board to this was a nice transition. One thing I would advise anyone reading this is don't buy white. I say that because I cook a lot of chicken and when it's time to wash the board it's hard to notice any leftover pieces of chicken.     Gentle on knives.

    I couldn't find the exact size I wanted anywhere so I ordered a larger size and tailored it perfectly. This is easy to do with a fine-toothed handsaw and a grinder. Now I have one for the boat too! This is a high quality cutting board with multiple functions. It's heavier than most small cutting boards. Larger sizes can be difficult to manage when cleaning.     Shelf Life: Kitchen & Dining

    I used this cutting board for the first time today as I only received it this week. The first thing I noticed when unrolling it was that it wasn't level. It has a slight curvature. I don't know if the heat deforms it or not, and somewhere in the warehouse or truck it got too hot. I really didn't like that it was deformed but I used it anyway. Second, I now have knife scratches.     Minor worries but generally expect a good one

    This is my first rubber cutting board and my first non-plastic cutting board. The cutting board is great, but maybe the rubber is too soft. I've been using it for about a week and the board has a few permanent cuts. I'm not sure if this is an issue, but I understand that sometimes cuts are a sign that you have a sharp knife and that the board is doing its job of prolonging the life of the sharpness.     Bad strong smell, harder than expected

    I bought a 12"x18" board. It's very heavy, which is good for keeping the board in place during use, but a little annoying when you're trying to clean up in a sink that's not big enough anyway. The rubber is pretty hard; tougher than expected but I get knife cuts on the surface so I think it's still safe for my knives. Incidentally, cuts do not heal on their own.     I wish I had bought this sooner
