Review on NoTrax- Sani-Tuff Premium Rubber Cutting Board: Professional Grade, Beige, 12" X 18" X 0.5 by Dana Black

I've been using fancy wooden cutting boards for as long as I can remember but recently my apartment had an ant infestation and they seemed to be chasing all my wooden cutting boards. I cleaned these wooden cutting boards EVERY DAY with a special cleaner, but I think food and bacteria might still have settled in there (according to ants). I ended up throwing away all my wooden cutting boards and giving this rubber cutting board a try as it has a reputation for being bacteria free. So far the ants haven't come anywhere near (as I sit here waiting for the pest control to work in my apartment). But what I love most about it is that I can clean it with the same vinegar-based cleaner I use for kitchen countertops and I don't have to use a separate wooden cutting board cleaner. I also like that it's a lot thinner than my old wooden cutting boards so it's a lot easier to store. And what I didn't expect is that it's not "rubber" at all; it is a solid piece of material. I've never owned a rubber cutting board before so wasn't sure what I was getting into, but I'll definitely be buying a few more of these. LOVE. :)
