Router with amazing performance! Everything else is like a regular MikroTik RouterOS router. I received a Mikrotik CCR1016-12G router board cloud core ordered from Revain via UPS. The outer packaging was ok. After unpacking and testing the router, I found that the LCD touch screen was cracked and not working. Despite the broken LCD, the router itself worked. I arranged for the goods to be returned the same day. I was misled that my purchase on Revain.com is protected by an A to Z warranty policy. While this is true when you buy directly from Amazon, it is not true when you buy from a third party that uses Amazon as your advertising gateway to do unfair business. The returned product is usually not in its original condition, even if the box has not been opened. It is definitely a waste of money, time and effort on the part of the buyer. The seller must resell the item and may be stuck with something that was originally specially ordered. It is dishonest for both the buyer and seller to claim these losses unless it was their fault. So I contacted UPS to ship the shell as it was damaged in transit. Well, UPS refused to deal with this type of shell because the shipping box was undamaged. The seller placed the router unprotected in a shipping box. After all, it was the seller's fault because. The item was not packaged and/or shipped properly. The seller agreed to take it back but I had to pay for the return shipping! Why should I pay $20 for a return label or 20% for a refill? So I bought a new $5 LCD touch screen off eBay and replaced it myself.
