These ignition cables did not fit my 1999 Mercedes ML320 (W163). First, they are much longer than the original wires. This is important because the computer assumes a certain length of wire to synchronize the spark. See fig. Second, the end that attaches to the spark plug won't fit in the hole in the head - they're too wide, probably 1/8 inch. It's hard to see, but I've added a picture as well. I've read other reviews saying they should just be written down - no thanks. This could affect the strength of the weld. I was in the middle of a job, ran to AutoZone and bought a set of the right length wires that actually fit for about $100 (without spools). I like paying for the right product. Please note that the W163 actually has two cable lengths. The four that are in the front and back on each side are actually slightly longer than the middle ones. Still much shorter than this one. I do not recommend these wires.
